MB-D12 pricing

I'm beginning to see a bunch of vendors selling the MB-D12. It looks like they are finally coming in stock.

But the question I have is why are some vendors selling it as low as $425 while others are selling it for the full retail price of $616?

I thought all vendors were required to sell it at the SRP of $616...or is that just for bodies and lenses?
