SD or CF for 5D Mark III

Any benchmarks out there for what gives you the best performance SD or CF with the 5D Mark III ?

You can get 64 GB Sandisk Extreme Pro 95 MB/s SD card for less than £200
While the CF version of the above is 90 MB/s and £350 at least....

CF used to be bigger and faster..... but I never took it out of my Mark II after I had my pin bent incident...
