good advice you've gotten so far. My experience is with Teton, Yellowstone, and Glacier so I'll direct my comments there.

First, keep in mind that the western US is a large area and drive times can be extensive. I'd allow most of a day to get from Yellowstone to Glacier.

I'd definitely take whatever wide you have as vistas in GTNP, YNP, and GNP love big and wide. Wildlife is probably best in GTNP and YNP, but GNP has it's share as well. Mountain goats are pretty common. For things like grizzlies and wolves in YNP you'll need all the reach you can get unless you get lucky and catch one crossing the road.

Unless you are planning lots of hiking, the Going To The Sun Road (GTTSR) in Glacier is one area you'll want to visit. I don't know when your trip is scheduled, but GTTSR often doesn't open until late May or June.
