Nikon, B&H and Best Buy

I have a pre-order in with Amazon for the D4. There's no word yet on when it'll ship.

I called a local best buy this past weekend, and, when I said I was asking about a camera to pre-order, the guy immediately said, "D800?" He said a lot of people had been calling looking for the D800. When I asked him how many had called in asking for the D4, he said, "Not one."

So I put a D4 pre-order in with Best Buy. The catch? You have to pay in full at the time you place the order. The other catch, of course, is sales tax. So I put my pre-order in, am paying a few hundred bucks more, and we'll see if it arrives when the guy said it would, which is by April 1, for store pickup.

I'll believe it when I see it.
