Sony A99: 102 Cross-type AF points: (way more than the other brands)

Excuse my breathless reporting here but this is a huge leap above Canon (41 cross-type points, 61 total) and Nikon's (19 and 51) autofocus systems, I'm wondering what kiknd of advantages this might have in real life, I'm thinking it will really help to retain lightning fast focus even in super low light compared to the other brands that are trying to compete.
