Moire Pattern

I am considering all everyone says. What if I scale down the image size in CS5 before printing then print at near 100%?

I might add, my copy of CS5 and my computer will not display images sized other than in multiples of 25%. In other words the screen only displays a pattern at percentages other than 12.5%, 25%, 50%, 100% and 200%. Also at 400% & 800%.
