$3,000??? My dream kit

Well, if I had that much to work with, I would probably go with the OM-D E-M5, 12-50 for general street/candid shooting and inclement weather. Panasonic 7-14 (m4/3) lens (expensive but worth it). Olympus 45-150 (don't let the price fool you, it is a great lens and one of the best values ever). Then wait for the new Olympus 60mm F2.8 to see how it shapes up. Throw in a flash and the grip, and I'd be raring to go.

Alternate choices include the 12mm F2 Oly, and the 45mm F1.8 Oly or Pan/Leica 25mm f1.4. 45mm F2.8 Pan/Leica for macro also.

You actually have a rapidly growing variety of lenses available or coming available and many of them are quite spectacular, but my dream kit is what I listed above.
