Upgrade D200, Now or later?

Hi everyone,

I have a number of important family events happening in the near future, some in places where I have shot before and know the lighting is bad, (karate...I have used bounce flash successfully) and some where I will not know about the lighting or the rules about flash photography.

So I have upgrade (from a D200) fever.

I see four choices:

1. Wait for the D400, which I can do for a while.

2. Buy a used D700....I have a good offer on a clean low click body.

3. Buy a D800. Seems like a lot of money...I have 11 more years of college to pay for.

4. Buy a used or new D7000.

I shoot sports, family and landscapes primarily. I don't get to shoot enough...my five year old D200 has 21K clicks, so I never get what I pay for.

I have 3 DX only lenses, 12-24, 18-200, and 18-70.

I have five primes, all older: 20 f4, 50 1.8, 85 f1.8 180 f2.8 and 300 f4.
I have one 70-210 f3.8 -4.0

Video would be preferred, I carry and use a Sony Nex5 for that and could continue to do so if necessary.

So anyone who has owned some of these cameras...any thoughts?

Currently shooting a D200, D70 and N50. Have a 'F.'

Also shooting with Konica 35mm SLRS (T3 and FT-1) with numerous Hexanon Lenses. Printer: Canon i9900.
