I had a hot pixel on my 5Dmrk2. It was only visible when I shot video or JPG. In RAW it was removed by ACR. I tried the "magical manual cleaning procedure" without luck and finally send it to a repair center.
Your camera must be covered by warranty so I suggest you send it to ypur nearest repair shop.
