Nikon set maxiumum price "Recommended Retail Price" for end-user only
I bet most uk distributor who buy bulk order D800 and D4 with much lower price before they sell off to the most retailer or online store...
Buying power can be depend on various distributor, retailers will get very tight margin - that's why most retailer is following "RRP" to get the maxiumum profit...
I'm pretty sure that most retailers can afford to lower the "RRP", but then again I don't know what's going on out there in real business world...
