That is awesome! I plan to share your same mindset after my next Canon camera purchase. Whether I buy the 1DX or the 5DIII, I fully expect it to meet my needs for 10 years. They are simply too good. Had I purchased a 1DsMarkIII, I would have most certainly kept it for 10 years as well. I would much rather allocate funds toward fabulous LII glass and computer upgrades.
