t2i cheap lenses

Hi, I bought a T2i last Christmas and also got a 50mm 1.8 lens for 100 bucks other than the 18-55 mm kit lens. I need advice regarding buying new lenses so I can make videos and shoot pictures. I'll be doing pretty much everything. It will be my workhorse. I'm a hobbiest and plan to start this commercially once I'm adequately trained. My budget is less than 500$ Canadian. Please help!
