Universally acclaimed book for studying poses?
Mar 22, 2012

Hey guys, I'm trying to get better at shooting people and have been scouring Amazon for books about posing (men/women/couples/groups). I'm looking for something that's universally agreed to be a great book for studying poses. Something like "Understanding Exposure" by Bryan Peterson, but for posing instead of exposures (hundreds of reviews over 3 revisions, with high ratings). Are there any books out there that anybody can recommend?

I see some books that seem like they might be decent, like the "500 poses" series of books by Michelle Perkins, but none of them have what I would consider stand-out reviews; everything I've seen is like less than 50 reviews and average 3.5/5.0 stars. Before I gamble $20-25 on a book that might turn out to be a lemon, I thought I'd ask you guys here for any recommendations.

Thanks!
