Photoshop Elements and LR4??

Have been using Photoshop Elements for some years now and wonder, now that the price of LR4 is so affordable, if it makes sense to buy it. I am processing mostly RAW in PSE but use Picasa for Geotagging and face tagging. Batch processing in PSE is a bit of a pain though.
Anyone else use this combo, ie PSE and LR together?
