Who is planning on shooting in "DX" mode on D800?

One of the things I really like about the D800 is the near 16mp crop mode. I can shoot in crop mode for files that don' t require 36mp, get the extra tele reach and get output similar to the D7000.

I have a 16-85mm on eBay and I hate selling that lens.

My current lens line up:
14-24
24-70
50mm f1.8g
70-300vr
70-180 Micro Nikkor
300mm f4D (af-s)

(plus a full V1 setup)

And my 16-85vr on sale on eBay with my D7000.

I was thinking of using the 16-85vr as an extra walk around lens.
