Tethered shooting

I can attach my Sony Vaio 13” laptop to my camera via tether cable. The EOS Utility will allow me to perform a number of changes to the camera settings, take the image and import it to my computer. How can I set sharp focus on the eyes, recompose for the entire face and then shoot having the raw image imported directly into Lightroom 4. Or alternatively, how can I set LR 4 to control the camera settings like the EOS Utility and actuate the shutter button importing the image directly into LR4 for further enhancement? I want to have my cake and eat it too.
