The EXIF information might be very useful.
It indicates:
1/6 second f/2 at ISO 100.

However, there are two shots here and we don't know whether this applies to either or both parts of this composite edited shot.

Did you take additional shots? Here, we might conclude that panning to the right changed the colour, but that conclusion might not be valid. More shots taken of the same scene will confirm whether the colours are consistent from shot to shot when the framing is kept the same - or not.

Camera was in Aperture Priority mode. f/2.0

The EXIF is from the top pic, nothing changed between these two shots except camera choose a slower shutter speed for the bottom one.

I did take other shots resulting in the same phenomenon.

I'm guessing this camera is either defective or the light source angle of incidence make the image turn a certain color. Due to lens coatings ?
