ebay Sony Store more reliable than SonyStyle.com

I purchased SEL50f18 lens fromSonyStyle.com on March 13th when item showed in stock. I even choose express shipping. Till now it's not shipped. I talked to CSR this morning around 10am and I was told it might get shipped on 26th even though the lady sees the item in stock. As expected she has no clue.
On a tip from a user in this lovely forum, I ordered another from Sony's ebay store at 11:17am today and it's already on its way for delivery on 22nd.Shipping is free too.
Looks like sony cares more about sales on ebay because buyers will rate them there.
