According to fstop vs shutter speed there is about 1 stop of light less on the 6400 sample of the nikon versus the em5 sample at 6400.

nikon @ f11 and 1000 shutter
emp5 @ f6.3 and 1600 shutter

f11 is 1-2/3 stop greater than f 6.3
1600 shutter is 2/3 stop faster than 1000

So the difference is 1 stop in this comparison. For an equal light comparison you need to view nikon @ 3200 vs em5 at 6400

Stimmer and others will not doubt believe that dpreivew changed to a dimmer light. Of course that is not true since the d800 images appeared after the em5 and the reviews are so close in time that the studio lighting is most likely the same.

They have different exposures to equalize DOF and help the D800 look sharper. You're not going to see any difference in noise between the two exposures.
