The examples you posted changed light values as you zoomed, IE: more sky, less building.....etc.

You need a singularly lit subject that will not change what the matrix meter is seeing before it suggests an exposure. If it works fine than the difference was in the scene it was seeing.

Normally I would agree, but if you look at at the samples he posted they are all at ISO 200, F9 and 1/320 sec.

I can't figure our what is happening here. I have this same lens and do not have any exposure issues.
