Beautiful Ospreys!

Hi Steve, absolutely stunning shots-maybe the best Osprey shots I've ever seen. Did you hand hold or did you use a tripod or monopd on a ball or gimbal head? Also were you using continuous AF with spot metering? Thanks again for sharing these gems!
