What telephoto lens?

I currently have a 55-250mm IS and its great but i need a bigger zoom
I take wildlife shots so i need a big zoom that is constantly sharp through the focal range. I am also looking for a lens with IS. USM would be an added bonus
I have a budget of around £500
Wondering if anyone has any ideas??
(i am happy to buy second hand if the condition is ok as well)
