When will 4/3rds sensor IQ = Pentax 645D?

Well, it's a giddy time indeed for those of us who've been chasing the perfect balance of

IQ : Size : Weight : Ergonomics...

dpreview's comparometer is brilliant, I've just been looking at the E-M5 alongside the Nikon D4, Leica M9 and Pentax 645D at ISO 3200

I'm left wondering, and considering the remarkable Nokia 808... how soon would you expect to see a 4/3rds sensor deliver the image quality of the 645D?
