No more diffraction concerns?

In the manual for the new DPP 3.11.x (posted on the Canon USA site for the 5DII), page 69, it states under the Digiatal Lens Optimizer (DLO) "removing ----- or any deterioration of resolution resulting from diffraction phenomena".

Does this mean we will be able to shoot at f/22 and not lose resolution due to diffraction?

This would be a major advance!!!
