Panasonic 45-175 serial number / edge doubling problem thread

In another thread, a forum member suggested it might be useful to have a thread for people to post the serial numbers of their 45-175 lenses, the firmware version, and whether or not the lens displays the edge doubling problem at shutter speeds between about 1/80-1/200. Here's my info:

HH1SA005062, firmware 1.1, displays edge doubling problem between 1/80-1/160. Problem is worse if lens is firmly held, diminishes if more camera shake is present.
