E-620 no longer for sale?

My beloved E-620 is beginning to give me some trouble. I have spoken to Olympus and they would like me to send them the body for evaluation and possibly repair. As a precaution, I checked to see how much a replacement body would cost...
Amazon: not in stock
Adorama: not in stock
BsetBuy: not in stock (not nor any other E-system camera)
BH Photo: not in stock
Calumet: call for availability
Ritz: not in stock
Olympus America, Inc. Olympus Store: not in stock
There was one online retailer selling at extortionary prices.
Wall Street Photo: $1399 (body only), $1999 (two lens kit)
I would love an E-5, it is just about $1000 more than I can reasonably spend. Also, I am probably that last one to the party and this is already old news to many on this forum.
Ultimately, I hope that the repair will not cost me too much, as I don't have many other options at this point.
