Used mint 40D vs. New 60D?

I've shot weddings with multiple copies of 20D, 30D, 40D, 60D, 7D

The 40D was the first digital camera I used for more than two seasons, and I still own three (in addition to 60D and 7D).

60D gets another stop of ISO and easier editing of small details in files, but the 40D will still deliver wonderful 2 and 3 foot canvas prints.

The $450 difference could get you another lens (or close to it) which might make a bigger difference in your images than a slightly better body.
