Prime lenses question (already have 16-50 and 50-135)
Mar 15, 2012

I am thinking about getting a K-5. I already have aK200D, DA* 16-50f2.8 and a DA* 50-135f2.8

any thoughts about if a 15mm limited prime and one of the 35mm primes(thinking of the f2.8 macro limited). do any of you think that these would overlap with my current 16-50 in quality of the pictures taken?

I like landscapes, so I was wondering if anyone had any experience or opinions over if the primes at 15mm and 25mm would improve image quality over the 16-50 at similar focal lengths stopped down? i.e. for quality landscapes, i would shoot at around f8.0.

I also am thinking of getting the rokinon 8mm f3.5 fisheye with manual focusing. seems like everyone loves that lens and it is quite a steal.

Here are some pretty pictures I took with the 16-50f2.8
