No you won't.. Thats a myth. The D4 will have better high ISO performance, period.

So where is the problem? Basically, more MP gave you more options. With the 16 MP sensor in D4, you have less options.

D4 uses the lower MP sensor because of the burst rate requirement of a sports camera. Just on pure IQ scale, I am sure D800 sensor is superior.
