Nikon D800/E vs Pentax 645D

Hi Pro Landscape/Archi photographers,
Today Nikon D800 was tested compared to most other cameras including the Pentax 645D and it showed very close resolution(not match) to the Pentax.
How practical replacing the Pentax package or similar from other DMF systems and go with the Nikon package? the zooms and the smaller faster Nikon is tempting
i have the 645D with 5 very sharp lenses ( FA 35, FA45-85, FA80-160, FA120 macro, FA300 5.6) = total cost was $16,000, had it for 7 months now.
thinking of the Nikon D800/E with 24-70 2.8 VR, 70-200 2.8 VR II, = $7,500
i already have the Nikon 14-24 2.8
the Pentax can print nicely at 30"X40".
thank you for your thoughts.
