I'd say it's more about the difference in rendering and quality of the bokeh, and IMO the 25mm wins hands down.

But if size and price are a factor, the 20mm is an excellent choice.

Of course, the 14mm is even smaller and can be found for less than $180, but it's not quite as good in low light.
