How can I find challenge photos I liked

Every so often I find a challenge photo immensely appealing.
I would copy these into a file for my own pleasure.

Recently I had to reformat the hard disk on my computer and there was no back-up so it was all lost.
Is there a way to find them again without going through all the challenges?
Examples: A very large mechanical elephant puppet, a bit of public theater.

A young girl holding herself near the ceiling in a narrow hallway (as climbers do in a chimney) while her unsuspected brother walks down the hall.
Tried the search function but it doesn't seem to pick up photos.
