already have 35 1.8, should i get 50 1.8g?

i already have a 35mm 1.8 and was thinking about picking up a 50mm 1.8g once they come back in stock since 220 is within my budget, and ive grown to really love prime lenses or should i maybe pick up a zoom lens? i already have a 18-55 from my d40 and a 55-200 vr. i also have a d7000 so af-s doesnt have to be necessary but i was looking to get the new 50 1.8 af-s over the af-d version.
