Mobile solution for sd-card to sd-card backup

One user wrote a review about the device in Amazon.com. It does not reliably copy the latest files to another card, it seems to copy every file again and again instead of only the latest since the last backup. So, among other disadvantages that would definetly not be the device I would think to get. Other than that, the fact that it is battery powered and small is tempting...
