Quicken Essentials for Mac

I currently use Quicken 6 on Snow Leopard. I am going to upgrade to Lion and was told that Quicken 6 will not run on it, therefore I have to upgrade to Quicken Essentials for Mac or choose another product such as iBank4. I only use Quicken to keep track of my bank accounts and credit cards. I do not download transactions automatically from banking institutions and I don't use it to pay bills. I do not use it to track investments. Will it work ok on Lion for what I want it to do?
