Official first samples are sooo boring

Why do official first samples (D800, D4, 5D3...) made by professional photographers are so boring?

Where are the stunning sports pictures to promote the D4, or mindblowing landscapes and studio portraits from a D800E? Almost all I saw is some boring snapshots that I could do with any camera, except that the resolution or high ISO is better.

We see more interesting pictures made by amateurs with their entry-level DSLRs. So, Canikon, what's the point to give your pre-production cameras to professional photographers if they cannot deliver those stunning pictures we all are waiting for?
