Synchronizing three canon 5D mark IIs

I am trying to synchronize three canon 5Ds to shoot at the same time. I tried utilizing canon's SDK through LabView but could not control all three at the same time. I then spliced together three manual triggers and while it sounds like the shutters are synchronized (same shutter speed of course) they are not going off at the exact same time. I can tell this because I have some Dynalite strobes attached to one camera, and the other two cameras miss the flash. Unfortunately there is different delay in the signal from the trigger to each camera. Anyone come across something similar? Thanks.
