Who else wishes the 1D X and 5D III have iPad control/view?

Right.... and according to John Cooper in a related thread, the markIII has native support for eyefi, which works very well indeed with Shuttersnitch/iPad.

The thing about iPad vs other tablets, is that because it has captured the large majority of market share, software developers are flocking to it, so increased availability for it to BE a very multi-purpose device. That justifies the cost, and makes it very desirable. Who knows what else we'll use it for by adding a low cost app in future.
