Epson 7600 allignment issues

i am reviving a 7600 that sat for a while and had very little use over the years.

After going through the allignment procedure and getting a lot of high numbers- 7, 8, & 9, I am still getting striation in my print.

Nozzle check is good on the black carts but greyscale print has lines through it.

Also, how do you refill OEM carts? I got ink from inkjetcarts.us but i can't find a procedure online for injecting ink back into the foil bladder inside the cart.
