Q: K-5 and LCD Viewfinder with magnetic attachment??

Hi,

I have this kind of LCD Viewfinder loop with my K-5:

It's very handy and works well, and easy to mount to LCD screen because of its magnetic attachment:

...this loop comes with a thin metal frame, which must be installed on camera's LCD screen before use of the loop.

Okey, Now, the question:

Do you think that this loop does not harm performance of the SR system, because its magnetic mounting?!

Im a little unsure about use of this loop, because Pentax SR system is based on magnetism, or what?
