I don't want video

I think its great that Nikon has the ability to incorporate high end video into its D800 and D4 body's.

But for a guy like me, I don't shoot video much and it's not really part of my decision process when buying a new camera. I feel like I am being forced to pay a premium to have video. I would prefer it if Nikon would give us an option to have video or not, and reduce the price point accordingly.

Does anybody else feel this way? Or is it just me?
