LOL. Reminds of the Hassy guy talking about the D4.... Or the D4 guy talking about the Nex 5....Or the NEX guy talking about the OM-D.... Or the V1 guy talking about the GRD....

The next format down is always too "tiny" to "consider". Meanwhile all of the above are absolutely wonderful tools delivering spectacular images in the right hands. Hell, so is the iPhone.

seriously, V1 is a mean little devil and deserves to be considered more (says the V1 fan boy that I am, with a fatal attraction for that OM-D of yours).

Rofl! You are quite right, even Sigma users with 1.7x crop sensors were quite snobbish with regard to the GH1 (1.9x crop in 16:9) tiiiiiiny sensor...

Personally, the Nikon's mirrorless offerings are a no-go, for two reasons. First, Nikon doesn't stand behind the system wholeheartedly. It's so obvious they set the system up not to pose any potential cannibalistic potential.

Secondly, there doesn't seem to be any significant bulk-advantage in the lens sizes going from 2x to 2.7x crop. The lenses aren't really smaller, and Nikon doesn't offset the sensor size by faster apertures. Nikon 'needs' a crash in its DSLR sales to propel its mirrorless line forward. When Nikon and Canon enters the market, things will really start to move forward.
