Baron, high ISO NR settings are described on page 136 of the manual.

To navigate to this setting: MENU--> [Setup]--> [High ISO NR]

Quoted from the manual:

(o) High: Activates high ISO noise reduction considerably. Select this to prioritize the image quality.
(o) Normal: Activates high ISO noise reduction normally.

(o) Low: Activates high ISO noise reduction moderately. Select this to prioritize the timing of shooting.

Would be fantastic if someone could do comparisons with the different settings and post online. If the above is true it may warrant a thread on it's own. I know many reviewers have complained that NEX noise reduction on JPG can sometime remove fine details from the image. Possibly setting noise reduction to high could invoke a smarter NR algorithm? Possibly wishful thinking?

How do you change noise reduction to "high" ??
What menu is it displayed, and what page of the manual is it mentioned ???
