The Nex 5N also has a physical shutter; they have an "electronic first shutter" - I haven't looked into what this actually is for, but there's still a physical shutter involved. See this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bI8qwmGqNO0

The only interchangable lens camera that has an electronic shutter that I know of is the Nikon J1 - the company literature boasts about it's entirely silent electronic shutter. It's big brother the V1 has a physical shutter. There may be others (Pentax Q?) but I don't have any further info.
