Samsung NX10 50mm 1.7 Manual Lens Focus Query

Yeah, I would say it is fairly in focus, but the dof is too small and most importantly the shot is blurry. Blurry because of the lens. Old fast lenses aren't usually sharp wide open, on the contrary. It is a tad too blurry though for 1.7. My guess is you don't have a great copy of the lens.
