550D, 18-55 & 55-250 - LA, Las Vegas, Seattle photos - C&C

Hi,

Have been using a 550D with 2 kits lenses and 85/1.8 for some. So far quite happy with the gear. Below are some shots with mostly 18-55 and one shot (bird) with 55-250. In general, I found my 55-250 not that great compared to 18-55 (did some sharpness and focus test with liveview - did not see BF/FF issues) - but it gets it's job done.

Anyway, here are the photos. Some of Bellagio shots I could not frame well (did not get a good position to support myself as I did not have a tripod). All shots are handheld (although I tried to support myself whereever possible).

The following are taken in Seattle, Redmond and in our apartment.

The following are in LA and Vegas.
