5Dm3 - $3500 worth it

A lot of people are unhappy with the cost of the new 5Dm3
I'm curious if you had to choose between the two below.. which would it be
5Dm3
with Autofocus from 7D for $2799
5Dm3
with Autofocus from 1DX for $3499
personally i would rather spend more and get the better AF
