Software (ib and OV2) question

I have an OM-D on order, and after it is scheduled to arrive I will be going on an extensive trip. I plan to carry the OM-D as well as my XZ-1. Do you think the same software (notably ib and OV2) will handle RAW files from both computers?

I will be carrying a small netbook type and so far it runs Oly software quite nicely. That sure would be simpler for me if I only need one software suite.......
