suggestion for hosts...remove wrongful 0.5 votes

Sometimes an entry is maliciously given one or more 0.5 votes; some entries deserve it because they miss the entire point of the challenge but that is rare.

Would it not be possible for hosts to remove wrongful 0.5 votes and would it not make the results of a challenge more deserving, especially for those finishing very close to each other in the top 4 or 5 spots?
