5DIII vs d800 portrait details.... oh boy =/

I agree with you. My 40D was producing far better images than those I have seen today on the web generated with the 5DIII. I am lost, I do not understand if the new Canon 5DIII is really a crap camera (these images are clearly sending this message) or if this is the fault of a poor Canon marketing (which has made an unforgettable mistake). There is absolute no quality on these images, no matter what lens or light has been used. According to logic: shouldn't Canon marketing department have employed the best of their equipment to promote a new camera? I am sorry to say this, but Canon is really going down and somehow forces me to stay away from the 5DIII. Any way we will see the reviews for the final verdict.
